Live and work in the same house.
This rambling farmhouse was built in 1845 is on the National Register of Historic Places and next to the oldest covered bridge (1833) in Vermont.
The property has been partially renovated. There is a 2 bedroom apartment which has been rewired, sheetrocked and insulated. The left side of the building on the lower floor was a shop and has been a residence too. It is rewired but not insulated. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms that have never been touched. It would be possible to live in the house and work on it at the same time.
