Alburgh Village is a short walk or bike ride away. The Champlain Bikeway spins thru town on its way to Canada or south thru the Champlain Islands. Summer vegetable stands, simple restaurants, breakfast places and sophisticated dining are nearby in both Vt and NY (10 Minutes away).

Rent and Details
Cottage is available on a weekly basis during June, July, August and September. July and August $1450/week, June and September $1250/week.
Rental includes:
First Floor: Queen bedroom + single size window seat with twin mattress. Adjoins the bath.
Second floor: Queen bedroom accessed by private stairs
Loft: Two twin beds reached by circular stairs.
Pets with permission and extra security deposit. Owners reserve the right to say no.
Details: Dishwasher, microwave, gas range, toaster, coffee pot, TV with rabbit ears and DVD, No Telephone BYO cell phone, reception is good. Dishes for 6. Two dining areas for 6, wood burning fireplace. Gas grill, 2 lounge chairs for beach. Washer/dryer at laundromat 1/2 mile away.
Equipment etc: Canoe and paddles, Sunfish, 2 adult size mountain bikes. Please BYO life jackets. Fishing licenses may be purchased locally.
